In an effort to create a stronger presence of Theatre for the Very Young programming within the Salt Lake Valley, To the Moon Theatre Collective was created by friends Bryce Romleski and Lauren Carn. TTMTC’s mission is simple: produce human-created theatrical work for audience’s aged 0-5, with a focus on play, nature, and exploration of the world we live in.

We believe that access to the arts early on in life contributes to a greater sense of empathy, identity, and social-emotional skills. To The Moon’s production process focuses on the innate curiosity we have for our surroundings, with every show being a non-verbal story showcasing relationships between friends and our physical universe.

We love creating these stories and feel honored to share them with the youngest members of our community.

Thank you for joining us,
Bryce Romleski and Lauren Carn

Text reads 'OUR VALUES' with star-shaped cookies above and below, against a black background.

We believe in the power and sanctity of human-created art. To the Moon Theatre Collective commits wholly to ensuring all outputs are human-generated, without the use of generative-AI tools. This includes, but is not limited to: music; scripts; marketing materials; and any and all writing — with the single exception of instances where generative-AI tools are the only option to provide accessibility for all audience members during a performance.

We believe that theatre for the very young should be available for all children and their caregivers. We commit to equitable accessibility through pricing tickets on a sliding scale and offering free performances when possible.

We believe that theatre for the very young is a valuable tool for development. TTMTC commits to telling stories that are developmentally appropriate, educational, entertaining, and engaging. We hope and encourage our audience members (child and caregiver) to interact with the story. Similarly, we commit to providing relevant resources for caregivers to continue theatre practices for further development at home.
